Building a Culture of Continuous Improvement | Transformation Journey

Today, as part of the LUBC Transformation Journey, we conducted an engaging 5S Kaizen Training Session, focusing on how small, consistent improvements can create meaningful and lasting results.

Participants explored the principles of 5S — Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain — together with the Kaizen mindset of continuous improvement. The session also connected these principles with PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) and 5W1H, helping participants approach everyday challenges in a more organized, systematic, and practical way.

Beyond theory, participants worked together on real-life scenarios, discussed improvement opportunities, and presented how they could apply 5S Kaizen to create more efficient and productive ways of working. 💡🤝

The key message was simple:

Small improvements, practiced consistently, can lead to significant change.

Through our Transformation Journey, LUBC continues to equip our students with practical workplace skills, professional mindsets, and habits that will support them beyond the classroom and into their future careers. 🚀
