Transformation Journey | Building Professionals for the Future
Transformation Journey | Building Professionals for the Future
Today at LUBC, our A25 BBA Year 3 students participated in the Transformation Journey Programme: “Workplace Professionalism and Office Skills.”
The session focused on preparing students for the realities of the professional workplace by developing the essential skills, attitudes, and behaviours expected in today's working environment.
Throughout the programme, students explored practical areas of workplace professionalism, including professional communication, workplace etiquette, accountability, handling responsibilities, managing mistakes professionally, and developing the right mindset for career success.
More than just preparing for a job, the Transformation Journey is about helping our students make the transition from university students to confident, responsible, and career-ready professionals.
At LUBC, we believe academic knowledge is only one part of university education. Through practical training, real-world exposure, and professional development opportunities, we aim to equip our students with the confidence and capabilities they need beyond graduation.
Learn. Develop. Transform.
Your professional journey starts before graduation.
